Although not entirely “death” themed, today’s post is all about honouring a charity that helps those families who are dealing with bereavement. Many years ago I met Rob Parsons OBE at Spring Harvest, and I immediately loved the guy, he spoke from the heart and he spoke about life situations that I felt were often not addressed. He spoke about difficult times within family life.
So when I decided to walk the full length of the River Ayr, all 44 miles of it, it was an easy decision to raise money for this charity. In 12 hours time, I shall set off to Glenbuck, the source of the River Ayr and walk towards the sea, 44 miles away.
